This has a good base of operations to work with, how e'er I cutting the cream cheese, sour foam and soup in half, I added garlic and onion to the meat and common salt and pepper to taste. It turned out great, the cream cheese add together a good flavor. My 6yr old loved it, and it was quick and easy. Will use in the future.

This recipe was very proficient and simple to make. It does make quite alot, especially for simply me and my husband. But, it turned out to exist a good thing, every bit hubbie ate 90 % of it! He said it was skillful as a Stroganoff and S.O.S, this from a human being who thinks biscuits and gravy are gourmet :) I did halve the amount of cream cheese subsequently other reviewers comments, and they are right. Overall well-nigh recipes here practise not impress me, but this one was a hit and there was enough leftovers then I dont accept to melt when it is 111 degrees here(Phoenix). Practiced Job!
03/29/2003
The whole family loved this! I cut the foam chease to 4 oz just used the total corporeality called for of sour cream. I besides simply used 1 can of condensed mushroom soup and mushroom gravy instead of chocolate-brown gravy! Information technology was good as left overs! Very quick and simple to make! A+

Great basic recipe, but I needed to arrange it. A 16 oz. pkg of noodles is too much. The recipe needs more seasoning and less creamy stuff. Here's what I inverse: 8 oz. of med. egg noodles; 1.v lbs. lean gr. beef - brownish the gr. beef and add in the gravy mix plus 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, fresh ground blackness pepper to taste and ane cup of minced yellowish onion. Cook that for a couple of minutes and then add 4 oz. (instead of eight oz) of cream cheese and stir on low heat until incorporated. Then follow the directions exactly except use 1.5 cans of the cr of mushroom soup. Hopes this helps others. I like the way that this recipe mixes the ingredients together. Thanks!
08/17/2002
To "liven" this recipe up a fleck,I added garlic powder and some chopped onion to the hamburger mixture along with 3/iv cup of cherry-red wine. Very tasty
08/11/2002
Underwhelming. Although using canned mushrooms and condensed soup salvage time, the flavor definitely suffers as a result -- at that place are likewise many artifical flavors, and not enough fresh ones. And the flossy base is too heavy, and non savory like Stroganoff should be.
08/25/2002
This dish was everything the other reviewers said...rich and creamy, simple to make, my picky husband and 5 yr. quondam DEVOURED it and even so had leftovers! I omitted the canned mushrooms, added a petty garlic pulverisation and information technology turned out delicious. Would definately make again.
04/10/2002
I must admit, this was the best stroganoff I've always made... I used tip sirloin (in bite-size pieces) browned in garlic and olive oil instead of the hamburger, and it worked great! This is by far the nearly "decadent" stroganoff I've tasted, very rich! My hubby absolutely raved!
08/16/2002
WOW!!!! rich and filling. has to be the simplest meal e'er! I omited the noodles and poured information technology over white rice. Great the side by side day too. It's a heart stopper simply anything in moderation right?
10/10/2002
My hubby admittedly loves this! It'due south just the 2 of us and then I cut the recipe in half and that still leaves him with a few leftovers for lunch. I as well use reduced fat cream cheese and sour foam. Information technology all the same tastes succulent and is so flavorful and rich!
11/07/2008
The showtime time I made this (as written) it was way as well thick and creamy for my tastes. Even so, I dear this recipe as a base. I concur with another reviewers that information technology has besides many bogus flavors. The way I like it is with homemade cream of mushroom soup from this site, (though I will use the canned stuff in a pinch) 3 or four oz. of cream cheese, mayhap 6 or and so oz. sour cream (I'm not much for measuring) and I don't ordinarily accept brown gravy mix so I use beefiness soup base and spices. I always use fresh garlic, onions and mushrooms, and more milk to make it the right consistency.
11/24/2002
I also cut the amount of cream cheese and sour cream in half, I omitted the mushrooms, used only half the gravy mix, and added a little more milk to thin out the sauce and it was all the same succulent and made a lot. Very creamy and rich - my roommates liked it so much they ate it the next day without noodles!
09/30/2012
I'1000 giving it v stars based on these adjustments: I sauteed the ground beef with a small chopped onion and almost three cloves of minced garlic. I used fresh mushrooms, but 4 oz foam cheese and only i tin can of soup (i used cream of celery). Too, I didn't have any brownish gravy mix and dissolved two beef bullion cubes in the beef as it cooked. This flavor combination was delicious!
01/22/2007
I used a can of beef gravy instead of the dry mix, and added chopped sauteed onions and minced garlic. Because most of the reviewers complained it had too much sour cream & foam cheese, I used 2 TB of each, tasted, and added slightly more sour cream as needed. I as well only used i tin can of foam of mushroom soup. I used low fat cream cheese & sour cream and you wouldn't know the departure. I also added some worchestshire sauce to gustatory modality. I had some leftover flank steak and chopped that up and put in in that location likewise. Served over egg noodles. Hubby went dorsum for seconds and the kids fifty-fifty enjoyed. I'll be having what little is left for lunch. Real comfort nutrient for sure. I will brand once more.

I accept made this recipe ii times. The kickoff fourth dimension, I used the verbal recipe institute here. It was good, but not everything described. The second fourth dimension, I used 1 1/two pounds of beef and seasoned it with pepper and garlic table salt. I omitted the mushrooms, and added nearly 3 tbsp of beef goop. In my opion, the whole cake of cream cheese was a little much, so I used virtually 3/iv of the block and it was fabulous. Anybody has been asking me to brand information technology over again.
01/29/2012
very good I did not use the cream cheese but information technology turned out corking.
11/twenty/2010
This was a super yummy recipe, a real comfort food! I made this as stated except for adding garlic and onion pulverisation as others suggested. Yumm a definite keeper.
05/21/2002
This was the first recipe I have tried from this site. I was a little hesitant trying this at first because I always seem to get stuck on making the same things for dinner merely this recipe was FANTASTIC!! I have a ton left over and will effort using some of the sauce over mashed potatoes next time. Per previous remarks on this recipe I used more than noodles than the recipe called for.
03/24/2002
This was very good. I added some chopped onion and minced garlic to the hamburger meat while information technology was cooking. Also, I mixed the milk, soup and sour cream to the meat mixture and spooned over the noodles. Fabricated it fifty-fifty easier. My boyfriend loved it and requested I saved information technology forever, then I guess this one's a keeper.
03/31/2009
This was really good, Only actually rich. Nearly also rich for me. My married woman, who loves stroganoff, said she could not have a second helping because it was as well rich.
06/27/2008
This was excellent. So quick and easy to make, and then so tasty! Every bit other reviewers suggested, I used just half the cream cheese called for (actually I used neufchatel cheese in order to cut back on fat a chip), and I used fresh sliced mushrooms instead of canned. I sauteed the mushrooms and some diced onions together, and then browned the meat (I used basis turkey) with them. I added seasoned salt for a little more than flavor. I used low fatty sour cream and the 98% fatty free cream of mushroom soup. And information technology was delicious! My boyfriend took the first seize with teeth and just raved. Then later he went back for a huge helping of seconds. I will be making this again. A quick and easy, succulent dinner that only used two pots - a smashing find!
09/thirteen/2001
Accept this rating from a actually good melt, this is a very quick, easy, expert, very tastful recipe. I was impressed by this recipe and could not believe the results. Let me tell you, that this will be a family favorite because it'south my favorite and I'yard the cook in the family!
01/23/2006
Very good, and exactly what it claims to exist "Elementary Stroganoff". If you are looking to impress a dinner political party, this may not be the recipe for you. Simply if yous are looking for something inexpensive, like shooting fish in a barrel, and tasty...this is great! Cheers!
01/26/2006
PROS: Definitely simple to make and rather quick; Most ingredients are pastry staples; Could easily feed several people; CONS: Very banal and unimpressive; Overwhelming cream cheese/cream of mushroom season; Hardly an improvement over Hamburger Helper. I volition non make this again.
08/23/2011
then piece of cake and slap-up; fabricated double batch and froze, simply demand to cook noodles next time.
11/06/2011
My family said it was totally delish. I concluded upwardly making a double batch, but every bit I got into the recipe, I totally forgot got to make sure I had double the amount of noodles. Soo I ended upward making information technology as planned and saved half the batch of meat mixture for the next day'south tiffin. At present I followed the residual of the recipe to a T and have never used cream cheese in stroganoff earlier and I tin can say, information technology actually added texture and creaminess. At 1st I really thought information technology was also saucy just after I used the batch over the noodles, it was fine. Over night of form it thickened and when I reheated the 2nd batch with another bit of noodles I had to add milk to sparse it out some, it was fine. Will make again. Thanks
02/22/2012
Easy cheap recipe! Very expert, but it had too much sauce for me then instead of 1lb of ground beef I added 2 pounds. Delicious!
04/xx/2002
This recipe was fantabulous!! My husband is VERY picky and he fifty-fifty liked information technology!! I did exit out the sliced mushrooms and replace them with 6oz. beef broth. Next time though I will cutting the recipe in half!! It makes a Big portion. Too much for my two person family!! Thanks for this GREAT recipe!!
11/28/2000
This was very good. I used top sirloin steak instead of Hamburger meat. Also I served over rice.
11/eighteen/2010
I thought it tasted peachy! I added real garlic and some onion powder, common salt and pepper. Definitely a keeper!
11/16/2010
Delicious! I made x oz. of noodles, used 4 oz. lite foam cheese, iv oz. low-cal sour cream, 1 can of soup and used over 1 cup of milk to thin it down because information technology was pretty thick. Sauteed onions with the hamburger and added frozen peas for extra nutrition. This made plenty and son and husband ate information technology up!
ten/03/2008
This was and then easy....I usually make stroganoff from the Joy of Cooking, which is twice the work. This went over well with the kids. Just modify was I cut down on the cream cheese and added a touch more sour cream to taste. Great, piece of cake recipe. Thanks!
09/27/2002
This recipe was just too rich and had mode likewise much sauce for my hubby and my taste. To cut down the fat, nosotros fifty-fifty used light cream cheese and light sour foam and it withal tasted so heavy and thick. I retrieve if you lot cut both the cream cheese and the sour cream in half then it would be skillful.
12/27/2010
I gave this a 5 star because it was GREAT!! I personally think information technology didn't demand equally much sour cream as information technology called for and then next fourth dimension I'll cut dorsum on that and the cream cheese by a little side by side time. Other than that Awesome!!
03/23/2011
I'm giving it 4 stars because I had to add some seasonings to get in ameliorate and afterwards adding half of the sour cream, soup and cream cheese it looked simply fine. Very good gustatory modality. I followed other suggestions and added table salt, pepper and garlic to the beef. The kids loved information technology and then did my hubby. I will be making this once more.
12/nineteen/2002
This was also bland for me. My husband thought it was ok, but had as well much sour foam. He said it tasted better when he heated it up for dejeuner. I won't make this over again.
07/01/2010
I was looking for inexpensive dinners and this popped up. I made it for $10ish...or under. And my husband, daughter, and I loved information technology. I volition brand again!
04/07/2003
I followed the recipe to a "T" and did not find the results all the cracking. Everyone ate a little and said it was okay! It fabricated way too much and was a lot more work than I expected.
01/31/2012
Not the beef flavour i was looking for. disappointed - fashion too flossy with the cream cheese and sour cream. waste of stewing beef!
02/06/2003
This was quick and tasty. I used left over meatloaf. Too, cut down on some of the soup and cream cheese. Added fresh mushrooms and greenish onion (sprinkled on top of serving plate for color). Sue
07/26/2005
I thought this recipe was very tasty and simple. I, too, cutting the cream cheese and sour cream in half. I as well left out the milk and used h2o and red vino. When browning the beef, I added a pocket-size chopped onion and some garlic, along with table salt and pepper. I made everything in one pan and served it over the noodles. My kids ate it so fast they didnt even accept fourth dimension to pick out the mushrooms!! Thanks for the slap-up recipe!
05/23/2001
Just as easy as helper, but 100x better!
04/25/2010
This is very easy to make and very creamy. For me, the cream chesse sense of taste was a little too overpowering. I'm not sure if I will make it again, but I liked trying a new recipe. Jessica, thank you lot for sharing ane of your family unit favorites.
12/25/2001
This is a great recipe for hamburger! My family loved it.
12/13/2010
It did taste somewhat similar to hamburger helper. Had a stong taste. BF did not like it. Thank you for letting me endeavor your recipe.
04/09/2002
This is so easy. My husband and I both dearest information technology. My two yr old is all the same getting used to it.
02/28/2009
Very good, very easy. I browned the hamb. in vi garlic cloves and a fiddling olive oil. I cutting the cr. cheese to 4 oz., used iv oz of mushrooms ans liquid, ane/2 cup of sr. foam and ane tin of cr. of mushroom soup. I also added salt, pepper and garlic powder. Tasty and easy.
01/19/2011
very good stroganoff. as reviewers advised, cut cream cheese in one-half and used near 6 oz of sour cream. I opted for fresh mushrooms rather than canned. I brand my own gravies, so didn't have the gravy mix on mitt. I substitued a tablespoon of refrigerated beef base I keep on hand. added a very nice flavor. I'm sure using the total amount of foam cheese the original recipes calls for would be besides rich and heavy for our tastes. Cutting it back only a bit was perfect.
07/thirteen/2007
This was very practiced and easy. I modified like other reviewers and used half as much cream cheese and soup. I as well added onion. THe kids enjoyed this too
01/31/2011
Easy and filling...the three boys in my house loved the sauce
04/21/2010
My family loves this recipe! I've made information technology a few times now, and when I'm making out the weekly card, all my kids ask if this is going to be on it. One nighttime I found myself without a full block of cream cheese. I used the 4oz that I had, and the Stroganoff however turned out creamy. I've also substituted Cream of Celery soup and like that too. This is definitely a keeper! Happy Eating! :o)
12/05/2008
I am going to outset this off with a big WOW!! I am eating it right now and it is sooo good!!I haven't made stroganoff in a very long time and this is much ameliorate than mine. I used rice instead of noodles, halved the amount of foam cheese and added garlic salt to the hamburger. Those are the only things I changed. One thing I wish I would have changed though, is the amount of hamburger. I don't think there is plenty. At that place is a lot of the creamy, wonderful sauce, just not enough hamburger. I would probably add together nigh a half pound more than next fourth dimension and information technology will exist prefect. Oh and another thing I did different was I mixed everything except the rice together instead of ii seperate things, and I simply served it over rice.
08/11/2014
Really good for a fast, easy dinner. My 5 year quondam, who won't swallow annihilation, loves it (of coarse, I didn't tell him what'due south in it, he thinks information technology's just noodles and milk and hamburger)! We did add together some ground black pepper. I didn't have sour cream, and didn't desire to run to the store, simply it was all the same great without it.
05/23/2012
This is SOS at it's finest !! Coming from a military family...SOS was a mainstay on our table when I was growing up...and have continued this tradition with my ain family - tho..never before had I added cream cheese nor packaged dry out dark-brown gravy mix...both were a nice addition - plus...I don't split the ingredients...everything except what I'm putting information technology over (noodles or rice or toast..etc) is done in one pan with the sour cream added only within the last 10 minutes of concluding simmer - and I used fresh mushrooms...so did add more milk to accomplish the consistency I wanted. Merely Yumbo !!
x/12/2010
One of husband'due south favorite meals.
01/02/2002
I was looking to recreate the hamburger stroganoff my mother used to make. This is quick, easy, delicious and now a regular at out household. My 6-year old loves it! This recipe produces a generous amount - first night with rice - 2nd night with noodles (for some variation).
09/07/2014
I'chiliad an amateur cook. I Forgot the mushroom soup and cut the cream cheese in half. Nevertheless yummy! Information technology was the gravy that made it! Thanks!!
06/20/2002
I accept a 5 1/2 calendar month old then this was nice considering it was easy and adequately quick. However, the flavour was a piddling bland. You'll definitely need common salt/pepper. Information technology too make A LOT!
06/eighteen/2002
YUM YUM YUM!!! A footling rich but we admittedly loved it. My 5 year one-time had seconds and the married man had thirds. I brought it for lunch the side by side day and it was even better.
12/17/2001
everyone loved it. and information technology made three meals for my family unit. a very expert alternative to the old fashion mode. great recipe. its a keeper
02/08/2003
I too cut the cream cheese in half and probably could have reduced the sour cream as well. It was delicious. Even ameliorate the adjacent day as leftovers. Adjacent fourth dimension I'll make it a day in advance and microwave it.
09/12/2014
I chose to employ all of the foam cheese that was chosen for unlike near users. The simply matter I inverse was the amount of pasta. 8oz was more than than enough with the remainder of the ingredients that the recipe called for. All the same plenty of left-overs the side by side night....
04/18/2002
The whole family enjoyed this dish. It was easy to make and came out great.
11/24/2000
Information technology was very expert. I recommend using double the noodles the recipe calls for.
11/16/2010
loved only I used fresh cooked mushrooms and onions. I also left out the foam cheese and only used two tablespoons of sour cream.
07/02/2009
hey folks, utilize your imagination thats what jessica did when she set out to make a simpler recipe for beefiness stroganoff. i for 1 am very happy she shared. and then a piddling more flavor is all we need here,i added onions and minced garlic to my footing beef while browning forth with the usual salt, pepper, emphasis and lawry's seasoning which past the mode i add to everthing i melt from meats and veg. to pasta. just used one tin can mushroom soup and 1/two loving cup sour cream with 8oz.of egg noodles. oh,almost forgot i added some frozen peas and carrots to hamburger mix. all in i dish, and we all liked it'southward easy and satisfying effect. thanks jessica.
08/14/2014
I commonly brand stroganoff that takes about an 60 minutes or so, this was done in virtually twenty minutes and everyone loved information technology. I didn't employ canned mushrooms though, used fresh ones and chopped them upward. I added minced garlic and chopped onions, and a fiddling horseradish mustard, it turned out actually well!
07/17/2010
This was pretty bad. None of the kids would eat it. I ate some but information technology doesnt have a lot of season. I wont be making this once more
09/04/2014
Very quick and simple! Unfortunately we are big eaters so I had to extend the recipe. Used 3lbs of ground turkey, two big cans of mushroom soup, ane package 1.6 oz of gravy mix, ii cups of ii% milk, 16oz of cream and sourcream, and maybe a teaspoon of liquid browning to make information technology a tad darker, and two cans of mushrooms and iii bags of noodles. Unbelievably Delicious, thanks for sharing :)
08/23/2014
This was a real throw-back to my babyhood, and a dandy style to use up actress ground beef after a bbq and some leftover noodles from something else! Non a gourmet experience, but tasty comfort food that is easily adaptable to your tastes or what items you lot have on hand. Like nearly everyone else, I also only used nigh half the (calorie-free) cream cheese chosen for, and probably just 6 oz of Low Fat sour cream. Didn't take milk so I used FF one-half-n-half and h2o combo. I did utilise both cans of cream soups, which really was more than than necessary--but I didn't want to throw whatsoever out, either. I totally forgot to add the gravy mix, so I merely sprinkled some TexMex Chipotle Spices into the skillet for more flavor. Omitted the mushrooms (I would have used fresh ones if I had any) and added frozen peas, every bit another reviewed suggested, which was a adept add-on. Salt & brindled it liberally. Love one-skillet meals, and this is a proficient base of operations recipe that I am sure I will come dorsum to again in the future.
03/05/2011
Nosotros actually didn't care for this. The texture was off and the season was bland. This reminded me of S.O.South. substituting noodles for the shingle. If you don't like S.O.S. you won't like this.
03/11/2009
After reading the reviews I inverse the post-obit: - Used 2 lbs of footing beef - Used 3/4 of the foam cheese (then half-dozen ounces) - While browning the ground beef, added garlic table salt, pepper and chopped onions (I have dried chopped onions) - After the beef was tuckered, I added ALL the ingredients (except the sour cream) to the beef and mixed well, and then mixed that with the noodles. - I let everybody put their ain sour foam on their own portion This was a hit! My married man loved it and ate some more later into the nighttime.
09/04/2014
I've fabricated this a couple of times. I do add together fresh mushrooms. My kids love it and my daughter is usually picky.
08/10/2014
Delicious and Easy!!! This is shut to the recipe that I grew up with. Though I did change it a bit. I added onion and fresh garlic when I browned the hamburger. Additionally, I used fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms (eight oz.) instead of canned mushrooms. Next time, and there will be a side by side time, I volition add fresh Parsley.
01/08/2012
I didn't care for this, just anybody ate it with no complaints. Pretty bland.
04/09/2006
I love this recipe and accept made it several times. Groovy comfort food. I add some fresh chopped parsley to the egg noodles and serve the stroganoff on top. Yumm. Great served with a side of peas.
04/23/2012
Was a great recipe. My wife doesn't usually swallow 2 24-hour interval leftovers, but she was with this. Information technology tasted very rich and creamy, like information technology needed more meat and less dairy products, simply apart from that was very good.
02/25/2008
This was GREAT...except I used venison. Added a couple gratings of nutmeg towards the end. Added 2 cans foam of mush soup and 1 can milk - no gravy mix - huge serving spoon size of sour cream...it was yummy!
05/08/2006
I fabricated this recipe today. Information technology was fast and piece of cake to brand. I added onion powder and garlic pulverization to the hamburger while cooking. Then I added more of each after I made it. I added all ingredients together than I added mixture to the noodles . I also used 12 ounces of noodles. It was all the same creamy and proficient. I had to add a lot of pepper. It is a liitle bland but I will make again. I volition effort adding different spices next time. There is fashion more than 6 servings!
05/05/2014
Very tasty, filling, rich. I sautéed one white onion, a tablespoon of jarred chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon each: salt, fresh basis pepper, onion pulverisation; two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce along with the ground beefiness for actress depth of flavor and would recommend that you lot endeavor information technology also. I suspect it might take been somewhat bland without the actress seasonings. I used a container of fresh sliced white push mushrooms instead of canned, since I had fresh ones on mitt. I'll definitely attempt making this again in the time to come, but will try to lighten up the sauce a chip. Perhaps will try using light sour foam, depression fat milk, reduced fat mushroom soup, and light foam cheese. We loved the season & comforting attribute of this hearty, easy meal. Quick to assemble & melt it, and light years better quality than like hamburger blazon boxed dinners. Served it over egg noodles, with green salads, fresh corn, warm French bread alongside. I'd like to try information technology over brown rice next time instead. Thanks for the bully recipe!
08/25/2012
I used whole grain pasta, fresh mushrooms, low fat sour cream & cream cheese and low salt cream of mushroom. After reading other reviewers comments, I cutting all of those in half (i can of soup, 4 oz. foam cheese, etc.) and information technology made more than than enough sauce. I didn't have gravy mix so I used 2 beef boullion cubes mixed in with the milk. Needed something quick that had the ingredients I had to employ my mushrooms that were heading south and this did the pull a fast one on. Easy and tasty plenty.
03/12/2010
Good stroganoff just a lot of problem to me. I would rather mix everything together then serve it over noodles. I may try it that fashion next time. It did sense of taste good though, just not fabulous. And it makes an awful lot, much more than six servings.
01/02/2015
My hubby said it was "real expert" and so information technology was good. It was very easy to make! Will make again!
04/26/2012
I made it for other people. One wouldn't eat information technology because he thought it looked besides weird. The other thought it was way likewise creamy. :(
11/14/2009
This recipe was very disappointing. Information technology was likewise rich, only at the same fourth dimension, it was pretty tasteless. I was shocked by the corporeality it made. I merely used half of the cooked egg noodles and it fabricated at least xx servings.
12/19/2010
This was very practiced. I used ground turkey as it is a bit more than lean, but otherwise great recipe.
xi/11/2010
Great! I seasoned the run across with salt, pepper, garlic and some onion. I doubled the mushrooms (I use fresh sauteed mushrooms when I have extra time). My picky toddler gobbled it up! My husband and I enjoyed it as well. It was quick and easy to make.
05/26/2002
This was a really expert recipe! My husband and KIDS really liked it! Information technology makes A LOT!!! Definately a skillful meal for a large family unit! thank you Jessica!
04/22/2002
I have never been a stroganoff fan, but I tried this recipe because my husband loves stroganoff. I must say that this was wonderful and is a striking in my family unit, my children included. Thanks for the recipe.
07/28/2009
GOOD & FAST!!
03/14/2011
Nosotros used sausage instead of beef and information technology added a nice kick. I thought that 2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup was a chip too much. Adjacent time I volition be using only 1 can. All in all a proficient dish.
03/09/2011
Just like mom used to make!! Used a little better noodle from the gourmet section, and was succulent! Easy, quick and cost effective!
xi/16/2011
Quick, simple, tasty and not out of a box. I did alter as others suggested with 4oz foam cheese, i can cream of mushroom soup, & added garlic powder.
08/28/2007
GREAT!!! Swell!!! Slap-up!!! Slap-up!!! Wouldn't alter a thing!!
12/07/2008
I didn't care for this dish at all. Fashion too dry. I've had good footing beef stroganoff, but this new recipe is going right back in the hopper.
01/07/2009
I loved this so did my family unit! Fifty-fifty my picky 10 yr one-time asked for 3rds! Very uncomplicated a bang-up dish for those quick weeknight dinners. The just thing I changed was I left out the canned mushrooms. I volition make this once again and again.
06/09/2010
I made this last night for my family. I love simple meals especially since I work a FT task. On top of the quick and easy cistron, my picky eaters (hubby and 5 yr one-time daughter) loved information technology and cleared their plates. My daughter asked me to make this again and was excited to have it again tonight for dinner as leftovers. Simple Hamburger Stroganoff...I bow to you!! :-)
12/14/2008
I omitted the foam cheese, not but considering information technology wasn't needed but because I didn't accept it. I as well made my own homemade brown gravy mix. VERY good. There were no leftovers. We ate information technology all. EDITED NEXT DAY: My family unit loved information technology so much that I'chiliad making it again this evening!
10/21/2008
no ane liked information technology.
